In this course, we break down the 9 foundational movements of CrossFit, discuss CrossFit methodology, and get you prepared to join group classes. The goal of this course is to teach good technique so we can keep our athletes injury-free and ready to build strength. This course is perfect for anyone who has interest in starting CrossFit but may be intimidated to join in the group classes. All fitness levels are welcome.

Front Squat
Overhead Squat
Deadlift
Medball Clean
Sumo Deadlift High Pull
SESSION EXAMPLE:
0:00-15:00: Warm-up and whiteboard debrief
15:00-40:00: Foundational Movement Review
40:00-50:00: WOD (workout of the day)
50:00-60:00: Cool down and stretch
